1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Bellos Pixel Magic ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Bellos Pixel Magic is a general-audience pixel coloring and free drawing app. The App provides:

Curated pixel coloring artwork
Signed limited-time Special Events with locally stored Special medals
Local photo-to-pixel conversion
Free drawing tools
Local progress saving
Local nickname and Quick/Detailed/Master/Special medal boards
Optional portable recovery code and backup file
Optional saving to the device gallery
Optional sharing through WhatsApp or the Android share sheet
Optional link to the BellosatoTech game website
Ad-supported banner and interstitial placements

The App does not require a user account or registration.

3. Local Data and Privacy

The App stores progress, imported pixel grids, settings, nickname, medals, and saved drawings locally on the device. BellosatoTech does not receive this local app data on its servers.

Portable recovery codes and backup files are created on the device and are not hosted by BellosatoTech. They may contain user content and are not encrypted. Users are responsible for keeping them private and storing them in a location they can access later. BellosatoTech cannot retrieve a lost recovery code or guarantee recovery from a damaged, incomplete, incompatible, or unavailable backup.

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Imported and User-Created Content

Users are responsible for the photos they import and the drawings they create. Do not import, create, save, or share content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms of any external app used for sharing.

The original imported photo is processed locally and is not uploaded to BellosatoTech by the App. If the user saves or shares an exported artwork, the selected gallery or external app handles the exported image under its own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content provided by BellosatoTech, including artwork, interface design, sounds, code, and branding, is owned by BellosatoTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Some artwork may be created or assisted by generative AI and then selected, edited, optimized, compressed, converted, organized, and packaged by BellosatoTech. BellosatoTech claims ownership only to the extent permitted by applicable law, including protectable human authorship, creative selection, coordination, arrangement, editing, compilation, branding, code, and App presentation.

The App grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BellosatoTech-provided artwork inside the App for personal entertainment. You may save or share your own completed coloring results using the App features. You may not extract, copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, republish, train on, repackage, or use the source artwork, generated artwork files, converted pixel assets, sounds, code, or catalog data outside the App except where applicable law expressly allows it.

User-created drawings and imported user content remain the user's content. BellosatoTech does not claim ownership of user-created drawings and does not upload them to BellosatoTech servers.

6. Advertising

This ad-supported version displays advertising through Google Mobile Ads SDK. Ads and any linked destinations may be provided by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The current version does not include in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, the App and store listing should be updated accordingly.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt App functionality
Misuse BellosatoTech names, artwork, code, or branding
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, bypass advertising, remove notices, or create a competing app from the App, its assets, or its catalog except where applicable law allows it

8. External Apps and Links

The App may open WhatsApp, Android share flows, ads, app stores, legal pages, or the BellosatoTech game website. External apps, websites, stores, and ads are not controlled by BellosatoTech and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

BellosatoTech does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BellosatoTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and, where appropriate, notice will be provided in the App or store listing.
